Iseo was born in 1969 from Giuseppe Facchinetti’s extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit. It began manufacturing locks, cylinders and padlocks in Pisogne, a village on Lake Iseo (Northern Italy), from which the company got its name. Deeply rooted to its origins, Iseo has remained faithful to its own territory and to the manufacturing vocation of the family who founded it and brought it up to its current size.
In 1998, the founder’s son Evaristo Facchinetti began an new phase of development and founded the Iseo Group. His growth strategy focused on two key elements. Size: because that makes a difference in a competitive market. The Human Factor: because entrepreneurial spirit is the centerpiece of a group. In line with this strategy, new global horizons open up for the Iseo Group thanks to the subsidiaries which have been operating in Europe, Middle and Far East, Latin America and, since 2009, in China too.
Today, the Iseo Group is a significant presence on the international scene; it is an alternative reality to major financial groups. It comprises of a team of synergetic companies that maintain their own management staff, entrepreneurship, and manufacturing sites. This allows us to offer our customers the best product range and service quality.
