Contract services provides advantages of the air conditioning equipment in long run. Energy savings and lifespan of the air conditioning equipments are always the important factors. Priority service calls will also be given to contracts.

– Cleaning of Air Filters
– Cleaning of Evaporator Coils
– Cleaning of Blower Wheel & Fan Blades
– Cleaning of Drain Pan
– Flushing of Unit Drain Pipe
– Checking & Brushing of Condenser
– General Air Conditioning Electrical Components Check
– Non Major Parts Removal & Act Upon Only Necessary Needs For Its Normal Operation

Quarterly Servicing = 4 x General Servicing profile
Bi Monthly Servicing = 6 x General Servicing profile

Room – 1 to 3	System 3 Wall Mounted	9000 BTU Each
Lounge TV Room – 1 to 3	System 3 Ceiling Mounted 2FT x 2FT	9000 BTU – 12000 BTU

Calculation as follows
